Auction Donations
We welcome donations of goods or services to our fundraising auction, which will take place on Sunday, February 21, 2010.
- excursions
- vacation accommodations
- dinner parties or tastings
- "something"-of-the-month offerings
- event tickets
- unique experiences
- gift certificates for professional services
- restaurant or store gift certificates
- original arts and crafts made by friends of the Guild
Any items donated for the auction must be new or like new, widely desirable or collectible, or deemed to be appropriately fabulous by the auction committee. Please don't hesitate to ask about something you have in mind.
We are a nonprofit organization, and your donations are tax-deductible. Businesses that donate benefit from advertising themselves to the Choral Guild's singers and friends, a discerning community of active and engaged members of our community. All donors benefit from the satisfaction of supporting the Arts in Williamsburg. Our fundraising allows us to hire orchestras and to continue to offer our ambitious programming at affordable ticket prices. Your support brings great choral music to Williamsburg.
A donation form, available here, must accompany every donation.
